The Alfred Mozer Stichting

At the beginning of 1990 the Dutch Labour Party (PvdA) established a foundation to make and maintain contacts in Central and Eastern Europe. The foundation was named after Alfred Mozer, the first international secretary of the PvdA. The aim of the AMS is to support the development of democracy through the training and schooling of (social) democratic political parties. We are a demand driven organisation and we are sponsored by the MATRA programme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in The Netherlands. Interested political parties and organisations can send in applications for projects.
